Dr. Jennifer Rottenberg is a board-certified pediatric dentist who focuses on providing personalized care with an emphasis on prevention. Raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Dr. Rottenberg earned her dental degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She specialized in pediatric dentistry at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C.
Throughout her residency, Dr. Rottenberg worked closely with dietitians to develop dietary recommendations for better oral health, highlighting her dedication to a holistic and preventive approach to care. She is known for her warm and engaging personality, aiming to make dental visits fun and educational for children.

Dr. Francis Morgan, a Maryland native, discovered his passion for pediatric dentistry early in his career. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Howard University College of Dentistry, followed by a pediatric dental residency at the same institution, where he focused on making dental visits stress-free and enjoyable for children.
Dr. Morgan is known for his innovative, entertaining approach to dentistry, using Disney sing-alongs and storytelling about “sugar bugs” to make dental visits more fun and less intimidating. His approach empowers both children and parents through education and engagement.
