The Eklund Foundation for Odontological Research and Education has announced a grant opportunity of €250,000 (over AUS$500,000) for dental research in 2025. This marks the 10th year of the foundation’s grant program, which invites applicants from around the world, across all fields of dentistry.
The application window will open from May 1 to May 31, 2025. Researchers are encouraged to apply for funding for both experimental and clinical studies. While all areas of dentistry are eligible for consideration, the foundation will give priority to projects focused on periodontology, implantology, and cariology.
Applicants may seek full or partial funding for their research projects. The recipients of the grants will be announced by the foundation’s board in September or October.
