WASHINGTON, April 16, 2025 — Delta Dental Institute announced today the opening of its application period for the Delta Dental Future Workforce Fund, reaffirming its commitment to building a stronger oral health workforce. The initiative will invest up to $1 million annually in programs that inspire and prepare students from diverse backgrounds to pursue careers in oral health.
The fund supports comprehensive programs, pilot projects, and scalable initiatives designed to encourage school-aged children to explore careers in dentistry and oral healthcare. These efforts aim to address ongoing workforce shortages and promote equitable access to quality oral health services nationwide.

Applications for the Future Workforce Fund are now open and will be accepted through June 11, 2025, at 5:00 PM ET.
