Union Dental Health, located in Lewisburg, Union County, is set to be acquired by Dental365, a move that will expand the company’s presence in Central Pennsylvania.
Dental365’s CEO, Dr. Scott Asnis, expressed excitement about the acquisition, stating, “This partnership allows us to combine our strengths and continue our mission of providing exceptional dental care. Dental365, which already provides general dentistry and specialty services in various states, has locations in Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. The addition of Union Dental Health will further strengthen its reach and services in the region.
